Welcome to LawPath (propertylawpath.com), your partner in property legal navigation. These Terms of Service govern your use of our offerings, including professional services, digital materials, and physical items.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of our site or services, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Offerings

LawPath provides three categories: professional property legal navigation services, information products, and physical goods.

3. Professional Services

Professional services include consultations, document preparation, and legal guidance. Appointments may be scheduled through our system.

4. Digital Information Products

Information products include guides, templates, and courses delivered electronically.

5. Physical Goods

Physical goods consist of delivered materials or merchandise related to property legal navigation.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are specified at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing details and to settle charges promptly. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

7. Refund Policy

At LawPath, we uphold transparency in our reimbursement practices. Details by category are provided below:

7.1 Professional Services

Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours notice via Contact Us. For cancellations made with less notice, no reimbursement is available. If we cancel, you will receive a full reimbursement to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7.2 Information Products

If you download a digital product, a reimbursement is not available due to the nature of electronic delivery. If access has not been granted, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Approved reimbursements are processed within 5 business days.

7.3 Physical Goods

You may ship back unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a reimbursement. Please contact us to obtain authorization for shipping back. Once items are received and inspected, an approved reimbursement will be issued within 10 business days. Items opened or damaged are not eligible.

8. No Transfer or Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without prior written approval from LawPath.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials on propertylawpath.com are owned or licensed by LawPath. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will LawPath be liable for indirect or special damages arising from use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
